Participants’ Info
The Provençal Festival welcomes applications from youth, student and amateur orchestras, symphonic bands and ensembles from across the world. We are also happy to organise participation in the Festival on behalf of international music tour operators and can host one choir per year as a special guest in selected venues.
FESTIVAL PACKAGE
Groups are able to attend the Festival for as many days as they choose over the Festival period. The Festival package is tailored for each group and includes the organisation of concerts, accommodation, tour manager, meals and sight-seeing according to requirements. We can also arrange local coach transportation and instrument hire as required.
APPLICATION PROCEDURE

APPLICATION DEADLINES
The 2026 Festival will take place from 22 June - 5 August. The deadline for applications for participation is 31st December 2025. After this date, applications will be accepted according to availability.
